Our services
We provide practical, one-to-one housing information and advice, responding to your specific circumstances.
Help to make informed decisions about your housing
Our general service supports older people and disabled people who are in housing need or at risk of homelessness. We have specialist services for young disabled adults, those in the Armed Forces and people unable to leave hospital due to unsuitable housing.
Whether you need advice on adapting your home to suit your needs, or you’ve decided to move but you don’t know what the options are, we can help you plan it out to make things manageable.
